Welcome to Pyaas.
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pyaas mobile application, website, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

By accessing or using Pyaas, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

1. About Pyaas

Pyaas is an on-demand water delivery platform that connects customers with nearby water suppliers and delivery partners. Pyaas acts as a technology platform and does not itself manufacture or package drinking water unless explicitly stated.

2. Eligibility

To use Pyaas:

  • You must be at least 18 years old

  • You must provide accurate and complete information

  • You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes

3. User Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials

  • You are responsible for all activities performed through your account

  • Pyaas reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts in case of misuse, fraud, or policy violation

4. Orders & Delivery

4.1 Placing Orders

  • Orders placed through Pyaas are subject to availability of products and delivery partners

  • Prices, delivery charges, and availability may vary by location

4.2 Delivery

  • Estimated delivery times are indicative and may vary due to traffic, weather, or operational conditions

  • You are responsible for providing a correct delivery address and contact details

  • Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may not be eligible for refunds

5. Pricing & Payments

  • Prices shown in the app are inclusive/exclusive of taxes as displayed

  • Payments may be made through supported digital payment methods or cash (if available)

  • Pyaas uses secure third-party payment gateways and does not store card or UPI details

6. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Orders may be cancelled before dispatch, subject to cancellation policies

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be processed to the original payment method

  • Certain orders (dispatched or delivered) may not be eligible for cancellation or refund

Refund timelines may vary depending on the payment provider.

7. Quality & Responsibility

  • Product quality, packaging, and regulatory compliance are the responsibility of the respective water supplier

  • Pyaas facilitates delivery but does not guarantee the quality of products supplied by third parties

  • Any quality-related complaints should be raised immediately via customer support

8. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Pyaas for unlawful or fraudulent purposes

  • Interfere with the platform’s security or operations

  • Abuse, harass, or threaten delivery partners or suppliers

  • Attempt to access systems or data not authorized to you

9. Intellectual Property

  • All content, logos, trademarks, designs, and software used in Pyaas are owned by or licensed to Pyaas

  • You may not copy, modify, distribute, or exploit any content without written permission

10. Suspension & Termination

Pyaas reserves the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate accounts without prior notice in case of violations

  • Refuse service in situations involving misuse, fraud, or operational risk

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • Pyaas shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

  • Pyaas is not responsible for delays or failures caused by factors beyond its control

  • Liability, if any, shall not exceed the value of the order in dispute

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pyaas, its employees, partners, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from:

  • Your misuse of the Services

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Breach of applicable laws

13. Privacy

Your use of Pyaas is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use your information.

14. Force Majeure

Pyaas shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, government actions, or technical failures.

15. Modifications to Terms

Pyaas may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Guwahati, Assam.
